Heather Reynolds, R.M.T

Heather’s approach to massage is shaped by a longstanding interest in movement, body awareness, and the connection between physical and overall wellbeing.

Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Heather studied at the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage and has worked in a variety of massage and wellness settings since graduating in 2017. Her experience has included spa and wellness environments as well as working at heli-ski lodges, where she developed an appreciation for supporting active bodies through physically demanding days and recovery.

Over the years, Heather also immersed herself in additional workshops and trainings focused on embodiment, movement-based practices, and breathwork. These experiences deepened her curiosity about the body and ultimately led her to continue her education and become an RMT.

Her RMT training gave her a strong foundation in anatomy, assessment, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-informed care. Heather takes an individualized and collaborative approach to treatment, considering each patient’s goals, symptoms, movement, and current needs.

She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal pain and tension, mobility restrictions, and postural and activity-related concerns. Her treatment style balances focused therapeutic care with the grounded and relaxing qualities that originally drew her to massage. She values creating a space where patients feel comfortable, listened to, and involved in their care.

Outside of the clinic, Heather is happiest moving and exploring outdoors. She enjoys hiking, running, dancing, camping, skiing, creating art, and making the most of life in the mountains.

Gaia Sophia, R.C.C

Gaia Sophia is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), psychotherapist, and spiritual healer. With over 20 years of experience working with the body, psyche, and spirit, she draws from a wide range of therapeutic, somatic, and spiritual practices to support you in coming home to yourself.

Her work goes beyond simply talking about what is happening. In a session, you explore the deeper patterns, beliefs, protective parts, and emotional imprints that shape how you experience yourself and the world. As these layers begin to peel away, your Divine Essence is given room to freely express itself through your body, and life begins to feel deeply satisfying.

This is a safe space for both the human and the sacred. Alongside grounded therapeutic work, there is room for intuition, spiritual insight, and guidance, allowing the deeper soul lessons within your experience to reveal themselves.

In-person sessions in Squamish and distance sessions are available.
